  • Compensation Rundown : *
  • You can expect a compensation range of $78,000 - $115,000 / year (compensation based on experience, billed hours, and compensation model)
  • Salary and pay-per-visit options are available.
  • Salary options come with GUARANTEED hours and a monthly productivity bonus potential monthly bonus (up to $9,000 / year)

  • What do you need for this role?*
  • Doctorate from an Accredited PT program
  • Current PT License in the state of CO or eligible to obtain
  • As a Physical Therapist at Woven Care, you will : *
  • Deliver Specialized Care : * Provide Physical Therapy services to children ages 0-21 across a wide range of diagnoses.
  • Comprehensive Evaluations : * Conduct evaluations, DME assessments, daily treatments, and progress reports to ensure thorough care.
  • Detailed Documentation : * Prepare detailed reports on client evaluations and treatments, updating plans of care as needed.
  • Active Participation : * Attend staff meetings and in-service training sessions, with opportunities to lead training sessions.
  • Team Integration : * Work seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of SLPs, PTs, OTs, BCBAs, and ABA professionals.
  • Collaborative Care : * Partner with other disciplines, clients’ families, teachers, supervisors, and Woven Care administrative staff (billing, authorizations, referrals, HR) to provide holistic care.
