Requirements North Memorial is looking for a locum Occupational Health NP to start as soon as credentialed.Nature of Work : Assessment of work-related injuries and illnesses.
Documentation of work injuries and start the workers comp amp return to work process.Preplacement health assessments amp examsSignoff on Lab / Radiology orders.
Orders are placed through Agility. Results viewed through EpicDOT Physicals Must be DOT CertifiedSupport to TMH StaffOnsite RequiredEMR Agility amp Epic for ordersWork Schedule amp Duration : 3 days per week 8 hour days.
Preference : MWTH Willing to be Flexible on days depending on need and time of year example may need to add extra days for flu shot clinicEstimated need 6-8 months.
Start date As soon as possible to assist in transition. Current Provider last day is October 27th. North Memorial does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.
Schedule Days, 3 days per week 8 hour days. (Preference : M,W,TH)
