ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a licensed agent team member for Mike Edmondson / State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success.
You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Be compliant with all company and state requirements.
- Conduct both phone, and in-person, needs based interviews with clients.
- Work full time, Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-5pm.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Prior experience working as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- Active Georgia P&C license required.
