Occupational Therapist (Early Intervention)*

Are you an EXPERIENCED Occupational Therapist who has thrived working with young children and supporting families? We are welcoming independent providers to join our team's mission to empower children and families to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Valens Group is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist who is organized, proactive, patient, compassionate, warm, and spirited.

Experience as an Illinois Early intervention provider, strong assessment, and documentation skills are essential.

Early Intervention positions are known to be relatively autonomous. Valens Group strives to offer a competitive package for our independent contractors by offering great pay and billing support for EI clients.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to maintain professional and proactive communication with Early Intervention Service Coordinators for referrals.

We would love for them to be reliable, culturally competent, and able to interact with families across cultures with diverse values, beliefs, and feelings.

You have the option to work closely with in-house interpreters to assist with any relevant cases requiring interpretation.

Our wonderful interpreters will also help with schedule management as well as developing cultural competence skills.

Compensation is based on experience and productivity.
