AM Position
We are looking for a unicorn. We’re growing like crazy and we need someone to help keep this ship working seamlessly. Our retail is unique, high-end, and gourmet or home / gift focused.
Our customers enter in awe and the Retail Specialist should be able to greet them warmly, offer some background on our shop, and lend a helpful suggestion without overwhelming the customer.
We need someone who wants takes immense pride in their work, no matter the size of the task. Are you easygoing yet neurotic in the best way?
Are you kind? Can you keep your ego in check and work as a team?
We are NOT a restaurant. We are an open kitchen / retail concept, and you must enjoy interracting with our customers. Our staff is small, our hours flexible and 80% are daytime.
Weekends are part of the deal, but working every weekend is not a must. We're looking for someone interested in all aspects of Kismet : Finding new, independently produced retail items to introduce to our customers, developing our own products, planning custom events, creating public events, choosing new cookbooks to sell, starting a cookbook club, etc.
Hours and days are flexible, and we will consider full or part-time committments. There is an abundance of growth potential.
