Sales Coordinator
This position will provide internal support for French Toast School Uniforms sales teams by assuming responsibility for administrative tasks.
Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager / Sales Executives to maximize service levels and assist in daily operations by ensuring each school’s experience is positive.
The Sales Coordinator must help bridge communication between Sales and Support teams. This position reports into the Associate Director of Accounts and will be responsible for the following :
Responsibilities :
- Maintain daily contact with assigned Sales Manager / Executives to help input, manage, and execute the onboarding deals of new school accounts.
- Maintain account records in CRM (Hubspot) and other applications.
- Assist in creating and maintaining prospecting lists.
- Work closely with cross-functional Operations, Marketing and Design teams to ensure timely program launches.
- Facilitate all sample orders need for prospect schools.
- Coordinates the communication of school’s selected assortment and decoration requirements to all internal partners.
- Coordinate and facilitate the flow of special request products.
- Assist assigned Sales Manager / Executives in troubleshooting any new school issues.
- Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth.
- Program and product expert.
- Participate in the identification, evaluation and implementation of business wide revenue & cost saving opportunities.
- Be aware of trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to differentiate the brand.
Skills and Qualifications Required :
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong computer skills - spreadsheet proficient
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
- Strong determination and motivation
- Knowledge and basic understanding of operations, inventory, and all activities in relation to sales
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience Required :
- One year project management or sales related experience
- Familiarity in garment industry is a plus
- HubSpot experience is a plus
