As a Front-of-House worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
Key objectives include maintaining a clean and organized dining area, accurately taking and preparing orders, and providing friendly and efficient service, including alcohol service and training.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and assist with menu selections
- Take and accurately process customer orders
- Prepare and serve food items in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
