Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A
LaSalle has partnered with a leading global company operating in manufacturing & CPG space, with a strong presence in the US, to hire a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).
This role will sit out of our clients headquarters, located in Rosemont, IL which serves as the hub for their financial operations, driving strategic decision-making and ensuring financial sustainability across our client’s global network.
This is a hybrid position with two days per week in office.
As a key member of the finance department, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance through comprehensive analysis, forecasting and strategic insights.

Senior Financial Analyst FP&A Responsibilities :
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, identify trends and assess business performance
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on thorough analysis of financial data and market trends
- Partner with business leaders to develop annual operating plans and long-term financial strategies
- Evaluate investment opportunities, ROI analysis and capital expenditure decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on financial performance against targets
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Senior Financial Analyst FP&A Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven progressive experience in financial planning and analysis roles, preferably in a global company environment
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools) highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
- CPA, CFA or other relevant professional certifications are a plus
