We have an immediate opening for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our professional fundraising team immediately.
The Customer Service Representative will work alongside our existing management team and serve as an integral success to the overall performance of the company.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Educate community members on charity partners' core mission to increase donations
- Communicating the core message of our charity partners to the community
- Engaging with consumers and effectively educating them to drive fundraising efforts
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge on both or charity partners and company guidelines
- Build and maintain positive working with our charity partners and potential donors
