Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid- Business Systems Analyst Lead in Pittsburgh(PA) and Cleveland(OH) / Strongsville(OH) location but Remote is an option

Position Title : Business Systems Analyst Lead

Position Location : *Hybrid 3 days in office

1.Pittsburgh(PA) 2. Cleveland(OH) / Strongsville(OH) 3. Remote

Ability to work remotely : Hybrid 1st preference.

Acceptable time zone(s) : Ability to work Eastern time zone.

Working Hours (Flexible) : M-F, 8-5

Duration : Contract to hire

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Familiar with process maps, and governance docs, and can help with project documentation.
• Create and update internal documentation and process maps
• Develop comprehensive guides and FAQs for end-users to facilitate the migration to CDP Data Services (e.g., common issues, migration tasks, best practices)
• Assist in documenting any gaps identified during the migration process, ensuring clear action plans and solutions

Must-Have Technical Skills :

• Overall experience 6+ years
• Demonstrated experience creating user-facing documentation supporting all levels of users low and high
• Organization skills with process maps for internal documentation; mapping out how everything is presented to users, making it easy for users to find things.
• Visio process maps, SharePoint, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Word for sharing documentation

Flex Skills / Nice to Have :

Worked with Hadoop or similar, familiar with the language.

Soft Skills :

• Good organization skills
• Excellent written communication skills and written presentations
• Written polish for presentation

Ability to work with Hadoop.

Education / Experience :

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience required.

MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

8 + year's experience required.
