Responsibilities : Position Summary :

Position Summary :

EHR Release Manager are planning, coordinating, and participating in Epic test and training environment state transitions, strategy, and activities including refreshes, updates, and build migration relationships.

The EHR Release Manager also helps define and implement Epic change control processes.

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to :

• Leading and / or coordinating Epic environment activities, including strategy, refreshes, upgrade, and update planning
• Participate in or leading Epic change control, and change control
• Manage vendor relationships with appropriate Epic contacts

The EHR Release Manager analyzes moderate to high-risk business needs to determine solutions or recommend solution alternatives, cognizant of cross-system integration and dependencies.

The position requires a broad Epic foundation, the aptitude to support a complex application system, and seasoned conceptual and practical expertise.

The EHR Release Manager must be organized and detail and process oriented to manage multiple testing and migration activities within the Epic environment.
