Job Responsibilities :
- Answer customer calls regarding orders, quotes, returns, and general inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Direct calls to the appropriate individual or department as needed.
- Enter parts orders accurately based on customer quotes and purchase orders.
- Generate and process parts quotes efficiently.
- Perform other customer service activities as required to meet the needs of our valued customers.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of administration experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with order entry and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
