Position Summary :

This full-time position includes benefits.

As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for customer assistance and sales as well as assist in the smooth operation of all back office procedures and policies concerning merchandise and supplies inventory.

Summary of Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist in stock work
• Be fully knowledgeable about EF clothing and fabrics
• Maintain / expand personal customer book
• Maintain high level of initiative, motivation, and self-direction
• Process customer shipments & damages
• Perform open / close out procedures
• Maintain high standards of sales floor and merchandise
• Be willing to do whatever is necessary to keep the store running smoothly.
