VHS is looking for an OB / GYN Hospitalist for Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania!

Hospital Details

• NICU Level : Level III
• Total Annual Hospital Deliveries : 2,000
• Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (monthly) : 50-60
• MFM onsite? Yes
• In house anesthesia - Yes
• Residency Program & Type? Yes Family medicine residents rotate on L&D floor
• Additional details : Will work alongside hospital-employed hospitalist and CNM. They will provide backup.

• Program Start Date : November 2023
• 12 or 24 Hour Shifts : 24 hour
• Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage : Yes Emergent
• Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions : ? No
• Hospitalists Needed for First Assist : Yes
