Customer Service Representative - Art Printing Industry

Responsibilities + Requirements :
- Answering customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and online chat
- Reviewing file setup for all incoming orders
- Providing price quotes and technical assistance to current and potential customers
- Customer account management
- Strong and persistent attention to detail to ensure excellent communication and quality of prints
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of Customer Service experience and / or proficiency in digital art or graphic design
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- including grammar + spelling
- Ability to deal confidently with technology- you will need to use multiple web-based tools competently
- Dependability, dedication, and a professional attitude
- Ability to confidently and efficiently work both independently and with a small team
