Job description
We are looking for an experienced office manager with a strong background in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in pulling permits, ordering materials, scheduling jobs, and making cold calls. Proficiency in all major social media platforms, including Google, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and CRMs, is essential for daily posting and engagement.
The candidate must be comfortable scheduling jobs, talking with consumers, and conducting team meetings in and out of the office.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must, along with a self-motivated attitude to drive success in our fast-paced environment.
