We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Program Manager to join our Wealth Solutions team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Jersey City, NJ - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :

• Responsible for coordination and execution of client initiatives
• Manages a portfolio of client projects across multiple functional areas throughout the organization
• Drives adoption and optimization of products and solutions
• Develops andmunicates timelines, proactively anticipating challenges and formulating solutions
• Works closely with clients, internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure required coordination for projectpletion
• Ensure successful project handovers once the rollout has beenplete
• Contributes to internal process improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following :

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalentbination of education and experience is required
• 10-12 years of total work experience in financial services preferred
• Experience in an operational area and / or client services preferred

LI-Hybrid

BNY assesses market data to ensure apetitivepensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $195,000 per year at themencement of employment.

However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY totalpensation package, which, depending on the position, may also includemission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, andpany-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and thepany reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment orpensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location,pany or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
