Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily activities of nonclinical operations within a 24 / 7 contact centerEnsure quality service delivery that meets the needs of patients and medical group operationsMonitor performance metrics and implement continuous quality improvement initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience6 to 8 years of supervisory experience in a call center or customer service environmentExperience with telephony technology and call center reporting toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Access and ExcelExperience in managing project execution and completion of moderate to large projects
