Registered Nurse Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN)

We are a welcoming, patient-safety centered department and organization that performs cases in a variety of surgical specialties including Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Robotics, Orthopedics, General, Robotics, Gyn, Urology, Neurosurgery and Plastics.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Telemetry
Licenses : RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications : BLS
Work History : Should not be more than 180 days of gap in entire work history
References : 1 Reference in entire work history
Interview : VA Auto Offer, offers to be accepted or declined within 48 hours or they will be rescinded
Must have License / Cert
Holiday RTO 1 day total between 11 / 27-12 / 1; 12 / 23-1 / 2 Must work 2 / 3 holidays
Flu and COVID vaccine required, medical or religious exceptions are accepted
Float Requirement : as needed in skillset
EMR : Epic exp required
