Position Purpose :

The Property Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing the efforts of lawn care and landscape cultivation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage a group of workers responsible for caring for the grounds at all properties.
• Mow lawns with riding lawnmowers or manual mowers.
• Trim weeds and bushes, and edge lawns using a variety of machines.
• Plan landscaping projects
• Schedule work for crew and check for weather conditions before convening.
• Perform routine maintenance duties.
• Prune trees and shrubs.
• Hire, train, and supervise groundskeeping staff.
• Order work and repairs.
• General Property maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position involves prolonged sitting, standing, stooping, bending, lifting, or carrying over 50 pounds on a daily basis. Work is generally performed outdoors in all weather conditions and temperatures.
