Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively.
• Basic computer skills and access to a reliable internet connection; a smartphone is required, and a laptop is recommended.
• A passion for cruises and personal travel experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial, but not mandatory.
