Your key responsibilities

You’ll spend much of your time engaging execution and delivery of unclaimed property compliance engagements. We’ll look to you to develop strong relationships with our clients and team effectively with internal resources.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, but not required
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and verbal / written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to change and able to meet deadlines
  • A desire to be a part of a team in a high-paced environment
  • Comfortable with client interaction and communications
  • Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • 2-3 years of relevant unclaimed property compliance experience within a professional services or large corporate environment
  • Technical expertise and experience related to annual compliance reporting either in unclaimed property or other tax disciplines (, sales / use taxes, payroll taxes)
  • Experience establishing and maintaining the back office functions required in a compliance processing environment, including, the hardware and software required to operate the business (, third-party software, mail room, and call center support functions)
  • Working knowledge of unclaimed property reporting softwares

What we offer We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $41,000 to $67,500. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $49,200 to $76,800.

Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
