Job Description : -

• As a Lead Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and robust applications.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• This role requires a deep understanding of Clojure and its associated libraries, along with experience in AWS and CI / CD practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Clojure and related libraries.
• Utilize Pathom for efficient data processing and API interactions.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS Cloud Services Kit (CSK).
• Monitor application performance and reliability using Datadog. Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
• Use AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) for infrastructure as code to manage and deploy AWS resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the application is scalable, secure, and performs optimally.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Proficient in Clojure programming language and its libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Pathom for data processing and API interactions.
• Proficiency in using Datadog for application monitoring and performance tuning. 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Clojure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with onshore stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Ensure the offshore team is aligned with requirements and deliverables Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Write unit tests of the code and ensure that code coverage is more than 80% Motivating the team, managing client coordination and building client rapport, ensuring overall timelines are met, Conducting proper code review, ensuring processes are followed and missing processes are introduced to the team in alignment with client, KT is documented or recorded.
