Responsibilities - Collision Estimator :

• Inspect and assess auto body collision-related damage, write a cost estimate of parts and labor needed to repair and restore it to pre-loss condition, and review with the customer.
• Communicate with the insurance company regarding the claim.
• Collaborate with customers, insurance reps, and internal teams.
• Follow repair jobs through the entire process and keep the customer updated.
• Ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
