Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for assigned MHFA client / partner organizations, managing training logistics and instructor assignmentsLead client calls to gather needs and discuss the implementation processTrack and manage multiple implementation projects and client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of training materialsRequired Qualifications3-5 years of relevant experience in client services, event planning, or client relationship managementBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceExperience managing a range of implementation sizes from small to large-scale enterprise levelKnowledge of corporate workplace environments and available employee wellbeing resourcesExperience tracking and reporting on client implementation status and training deliveries
