We're seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing efforts.
Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to support our paid marketing efforts. This role will focus on optimizing our marketing strategies to maximize ROI with a multi-million dollar annual budget across paid search, paid social, affiliate, programmatic video, and display campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on with ad platforms, data-driven, and capable of tactical execution and strategic oversight.
Experience managing internal marketing teams and agencies is crucial as this position will work closely with a small, dynamic team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Assist in managing a multi-million dollar annual marketing budget, optimizing spend across multiple channels to achieve maximum ROI.
- Support a team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee aspects of paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, programmatic video, and display advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, and Impact.
- Utilize data analytics and KPIs to drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and report on performance to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with owned and organic marketing teams, product, analytics, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing cutting-edge strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and programmatic channels.
- Proven track record of managing a significant marketing budget and achieving measurable results.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Amazon Ads. Experience with the Impact platform is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management, optimization, and A / B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Experience managing internal teams and external agencies effectively.
