Shifts : 12 hrs, 7p-7a\n\nUnit : L&D, Well-Baby Nursery, Postpartum, combined to form one unit\n\n# beds : 10 beds\n\nCerts : BLS, NRP, advanced fetal monitoring, NCC certified inpatient OB (RNC-OB) ADV FHM\n\nRatios : L&D is usually 1 to 1-2, follow AWHONN guidelines, postpartum is 1 to 4 couplet care\n\nEMR : Cerner, Fetal heart monitor is fetal link\n\n\nRequired Certifications\nACLS, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM), BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)\nShift Notes\n12 hr Nights, EOW, First to Float
