Overview

Senior IT Project Manager — Direct Hire, Irving, TX (Hybrid).

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical technology initiatives that drive operational excellence across distribution and retail environments. This role will oversee large-scale IT projects—ranging from ERP and supply chain platforms to retail and eCommerce solutions—while ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with hands-on project management experience, deep familiarity with retail and distribution operations, and a track record of success in Agile delivery and M&A system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, including ERP, WMS, POS, CRM, eCommerce, and analytics solutions.
• Apply Agile and hybrid methodologies to deliver value quickly while maintaining governance and control.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and change control across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Oversee IT integration efforts for M&A activities, including system consolidation, data migration, and process alignment.
• Partner with business leaders in distribution, retail, and corporate functions to define requirements and success criteria.
• Provide clear, consistent communication to executive stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for decision-makers.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party delivery partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
