Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : ONSITE in Scottsdale

Pay Rate : $20 - $22 an hour

Schedule : Full Time (40 hours). Must be available to work an assigned 8 hour shift. The hours scheduled will fall between 10 : 00 am and 9 : 00 pm.

They will include 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

Brief Job Description :

• Receive inbound calls to support banking customers using rewards points.
• Assist with package tracking, shipment cancellations, and refunds.
• Help customers with website navigation and answer related questions.
• Schedule travel accommodations which may include flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to call center metrics.

Requirements :

• Able to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
• Live within 20 miles of Scottsdale, AZ.
• At least 6 months of recent call center experience.
• Computer proficient (able to type 30 + WPM).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• True passion for helping customers and providing great service.
• High School Diploma or GED
