The Program Manager will work under limited supervision and will be responsible for driving the implementation and turn up of new products, services, and managing large customer implementation projects.

We are looking for someone who can interface equally effectively with internal & external customers, highly technical, and non-technical personnel.

This job involves leadership in the implementation and delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish objectives, develop requirements and plan schedules for strategic initiatives
  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation and turn up of new products / services
  • Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned products and projects
  • Work with various stakeholders and task owners to ensure projects are progressing
  • Responsible for managing and tracking large customer projects
  • Understanding customer reporting and development requirements and working with internal teams to meet customer demands
  • Address any concerns and challenges in a timely manner that may affect delivery of new service(s) and project(s)
  • Monitor and report on progress of various projects through the process, provide project status to Operations and Executive teams
  • Provide support to Sales and Product organizations for existing and new products / services
  • Collaborate on project plans, drive on-time delivery, identify, and communicate risks and risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate solutions
  • Develop strong customer relationships and interface with customers on all aspects of their services
  • Track customer-specific program metrics and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators
  • Prepare and present program status to stakeholders, leadership, and external customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • PMP is preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience within telecommunications field preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience managing projects
  • Proven track record in meeting project deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and tasks
  • Highly proficient in Power Point presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, and overall MS software applications
  • Strong written, verbal, and customer account management skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate both technical and business information

The annual starting salary for this position is between $93,789 - $117,248. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
