What You’ll Do :

Manufacturing Engineering & High Voltage Technician, Intermediate level, creates and sustains the work instructions and defines and controls high voltage safety instructions for the shop floor activity at the direction of Management.

Job Duties :

• Implement work instructions and operation guidelines by describing layout, parts, tact time, equipment, self-inspection
• Create High Voltage Process control
• Create and sustain process flow and FMEA
• Create a tightening torque management process
• Support station development activities for optimization providing better ergonomics
• Sustain the change management process
• Coordinate electronic control unit parameterization supporting cyber security
• Support assembly control systems (MES)

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant background strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in manufacturing process methods, Lean Management, 5S Methods
• Experience with automotive high-voltage handling and safety
• Experience in quality management processes on the shop floor
• Ability to understand and adhere to company Policies in all areas.

Compensation :

$85,000-$105,000 annual salary, depending on skills and experience
