Compensation & Benefits :
- Our client offers a competitive Base Salary $75k Base + Uncapped Commission. Income expectation in first year is $135k-$150k

Regional Sales Manager in Building Materials - Northeast
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the building materials industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in a designated region (MN, WI, IL, MI, IN, KY, OH, WV) driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow market share within the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the building materials industry
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets
- Lead the sales team within the region, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure success
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve overall business objectives
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to executive team
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven track record of at least 5 years of successful sales experience in the building materials industry
- Strong knowledge of building materials products and applications with door components being a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and establish long-term customer relationships
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed
