Marketing, Communications, and Development Director
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with minimum one year experience in marketing and integrated strategic communications.
Licensure / Certification :
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Experience :
Experience in graphic design, digital advertising, and integrated strategic communications.
Preferred Experience / Skills :
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Photography skills, creativity and strong communication skills preferred.
Summary :
The Marketing, Development, and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for development and implementation of overall marketing and outreach strategies, developing fundraising opportunities, and promoting products and services to potential and existing customers at KVC Kentucky.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties :
- Assist with developing a comprehensive marketing and outreach program to potential clients, community partners and stakeholders.
- Articulate the agency's mission, vision and values with clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships in the communities where KVC Kentucky is present to promote collaboration and growth
- Assess promotional needs and design and direct the publication of print materials
- Promote agency programs through designing publications and resource materials
- Maintain awareness of developments in marketing, public relations and non-profit services.
- Initiate agency efforts to increase exposure in the communities where services are provided
- Develop internal communications to promote employee engagement and recognition
- Generate potential fundraising opportunities
- Develop opportunities for strategic partnerships
- Provide assistance in developing marketing content to highlight agency data and outcomes
- Evaluate potential marketing outlets.
- Create questionnaires and surveys to assess the needs of staff, clients, stakeholders andcommunity
- Offer insight about potential business development opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing team in the creation of design assets for various marketing materials, including but not limited to digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials
- Plan and execute on site event activities
- Capture content to be used across social channels and internal communication
- Monitor and report on industry trends and competitors.
