- Position Summary : Title : Cardiac Cath Lab TechnicianShift : 10-hour days (7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM; may fluctuate)Experience Required : Minimum of 2 years in a Cardiac Cath Lab, with at least one 13-week travel assignmentCertification : Active scrub tech certification requiredResponsibilities : Perform adult cardiac catheterization, cardiac devices, electrophysiology, and / or structural heart proceduresEnsure accurate documentation and reporting of daily procedural case loadsRespond to emergent care needsManage supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenancePrepare procedure rooms and comply with regulationsRequired : RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALSPreferred : Associate’s Degree in RN program or radiology;
3 years of experience in adult Cath lab diagnostic, interventional, or EP proceduresDetailed knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and technology principles is required
