We are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of plumbing projects from pre-construction to close-outs
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Schedule crews, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Interface with general contractors, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Prepare and track change orders, RFIs, Submittals
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in plumbing or construction management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
