Overview
Ourclient is seeking a passionate financial professional with abackground in Investments to join their team in their Portland OR;
Dallas TX; or Tampa FL office. We are searching for a selfstarterwith proven success in a financial sales role to communicateeffectively and connect with clients to deliver elite service andexceed expectations.
The ideal candidate will have the drive tosucceed in a fastpaced environment and is willing and able tocontribute to an elite team working with highnetworth clientswithin the firm.
Most importantly you will educate assigned clientson our client s investment philosophy to provide a fundamentalunderstanding of the firm s investment strategy and ensure clientretention.
Duties andResponsibilities
- Actas the shortterm point of contact for our client s high net worthclientele
- Createan honest authentic relationship with each client to earn yourcompensation on high rates ofconversion
- Welcomeand onboard new highnetworth clients ensure that their accounts arefunded and help align the client s goals and objectives with thefirm s portfolio and investmentstrategy
- Deliverhigh touch white glove service alongside a team backed by theInvestment Policy Committee (IPC) to exceed expectations andprovide unparalleled service while receiving ongoing salescoaching
- Buildan honest transparent and authentic relationship with thehighnetworth clients relating with them to focus on high rates ofclientconversion
- Articulatethe firm s financial philosophy to the highnetworth clients tobuild rapport and establish a lasting and trustingrelationship
- Assistin bringing in new assets through clientreferrals
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or relevantfield
- Aminimum of 3 years of industry experience in asset managementfinancial services and client relationship management with a rangeof 3 to 8 years ofexperience
- Series65 Series 66 or equivalent license isrequired
- Knowledgeof thefollowing :
- Solidfinancial salesexperience
- Investmentproducts strategyestablishment
- Strongcapital market knowledge to educate and informclients
- Managecomplexity in a high volumeenvironment
- Excellentcommunication skills with high net worthclients
Benefits
- $65000$125000base salary per year in the state of WA new hires should expect tostart at the lower end of the range depending onexperience
- Eligiblefor discretionary bonus based on firm and individualperformance

5 to 7 yearsor more of selling to stock market investors within the financialindustry Current Investment Advisor Representative designation, ORSeries 65, OR a combination of FINRA Series 7 and Series 66, ORqualifying financial professional designations or equivalentsExtensive experience with bringing in new investor business,high-volume phone activity, and in-person meetings, working as aninvestment advisor or external wholesaler with a strong trackrecord of success in sales and bringing in new investment assetsRecord of six-figure earnings in each of the past 3 years (pay forproduction compensation model)
