We provide person-centered care and strive to deliver outstanding customer service to our residents, families, and vendors.

We are seeking hard-working, positive, and loving Care Partners that want to be part of the Rakhma family.

We currently have part-time openings at our Minnetonka location.

Part-time position working every other week - 3 shifts as follows :

• SATURDAY AM 6 : 40am-3 : 00pm - example of dates would be Oct 11
• SUNDAY AM 6 : 40am-3 : 00pm - example of dates would be Oct 12
• MONDAY AM 6 : 40am-3 : 00pm - example of dates would be Oct 13

Unless you wish otherwise, we provide every other weekend off.

You will also be responsible for one On-Call weekend every eight weeks (on an off weekend). This means that you will pick up last minute open shifts from Friday 2 : 30pm to Monday 7 : 00am. For being on call, you will receive $100 for the weekend as long as you cover the shifts that become available. You will not have to cover more than 2 shifts in a row unless 1 of them is a sleeper position. It is possible that you could be called in to work on Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday overnight. It is also possible that you are not called in at all, in which case, you would still receive the $100 for the weekend.

You also are able to pick up any shifts that become available.

Job responsibilities : All of our Care Partners are responsible for activities, caregiving, med passing, housekeeping (focused on maintaining cleanliness, organization, and functionality within a space, encompassing deep cleaning, decluttering, organizing), cooking, sometimes snow shoveling, and attending / completing required learning,

Enjoy a competitive salary (starting wage dependent upon experience, ability to support multiple homes or pick up additional on-call weekends). Starting wages : $20.00 - $23.50 / hour (there will be a $1.00 wage increase after approved for med passing).

Requirements : EXPERIENCE :

To perform the job successfully, an individual must have reliable transportation and dependable communication methods to ensure punctuality and regular attendance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands, climb stairs, balance, stoop, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move more than 75 pounds.
