Let's talk! LHH has partnered with an amazing healthcare network in search of a Medical Customer Service Representative based in the Downtown Indianapolis area!
What You'll Be Doing
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Verify patient insurance and obtain pre-authorizations.
- Process supply tickets per day within multiple Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Enter medical data and patient information into the system.
What We're Looking For
- Previous medical customer service or data entry experience required.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work off of dual monitors and multitask efficiently.
Work Hours : Flexible hours (Training will most likely be 8a-4 : 30p M-F)
Job Type : Contract position with potential to extend / convert & Full-time (40 hrs / wk)
Pay Details : $18.00 per hour
