Job Summary :

The Box Office Supervisor reports under the general direction of the Crypto.com Arena Box Office management team and will work varied hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on required needs for the event. The Box Office Supervisor supervises ticket sellers and provides event and office support to box office management.

Essential Functions :

• Produce ticket seller information and event sheets for department staff
• Assign duties and windows for ticket sellers and Will Call personnel
• Supervise the ticket selling and Will Call staff
• Assist management with troubleshooting
• Produce Will Call drop off grids for event personnel
• Provide breaks and event support when needed
• Perform post-event duties
• Assist the Box Office Coordinator with processing Group Sales orders
• Maintain sellers count room, making sure supplies are stocked, important staff info is posted, and maintain cleanliness
• Keep inventory of ticket stock and Will Call envelopes
• Provide event and office support to box office management
