Schedule : Monday-Friday, in-office
About the Position : Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Inside Sales Assistant to join a rapidly growing construction company in Denver.

Job Responsibilities :
- Foster and maintain existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities
- Prepare estimates and bids for new projects
- Collaborate with purchasing departments and vendors to procure necessary materials
- Work directly with Field Project Managers to schedule deliveries and meet installation deadlines
- Provide regular project status updates and resolve any issues that arise
- Participate in or lead meetings to review project status and highlight any deviations
Qualifications :
- 4+ years' relevant experience in project management, customer service, or inside sales
- Inventory sales and order system experience
- Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
- Strong client management and customer service skills
- Experience in project management, estimating, and bidding
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in materials procurement and timeline management
