Maintenance Director / Supervisor role includes…

Building maintenance program and repair coordination
General daily required repairs, doors, lights, paint patching…
HVAC / Plumbing / Security / Fire / Electrical / Elevator…
Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance
NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly / quarterly / annually etc.

You’ll do great as our Maintenance Director / Supervisor because :

You have Healthcare building operations experienc (preffered).

You have general plumbing / electrical skills.

You have basic carpentry skills.

You have general knowledge in utilizing tools.

You are knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes.
