We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to lead our Retail Global Sales Support team, consisting of Senior Analysts within the broader Supply Chain Advisory Organization. The Director will act as a pivotal figure in guiding demo strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving innovation in retail supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, strategic vision, and a robust blend of technical, business, and communication skills.

Scope

• Leadership of a team of Senior Analysts to develop demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and conference room pilots (CRPs) specifically for retail sector clients.
• Drive solution capabilities to meet the complex needs of prospects and customers in the retail industry.
• Maintain a culture of excellence and innovation within the team, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of demo assets.

What We Are Looking For

The salary range for this position is $152,311 to $197,689. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
