About The Position
Job Title : Interventional Radiology Technician Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day 4x10-Hour (07 : 00 - 17 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 18 months required;
2 years preferred License : Must not have any license hits Certifications : None pending Must-Have : COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only)- Flu Vaccine (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only)- Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug Screen within 12 months prior to start- EKG and Pharm test during orientation (2 attempts max, no remediation for re-test) Job Description : Provide dedicated support as an Interventional Radiology Technician.
- Participate in the training of current techs in new procedures.- Orientation consists of 16 hours.- Adhere to a strict smoke-free policy all employees must be nicotine-free.
- First-time travelers accepted.- Facility maintains a strict policy regarding phone communications.- Provide two references from a direct supervisor / manager, ANM, director for submission.
- Study materials for EKG and Pharm tests provided during orientation. Additional Information : Facility will not review additional requests for time off after submission.
- Facility does not accept candidates who have previously worked permanently or on a per diem basis within the past year.
