We are looking for an Area Director of Hotel Sales Opening Team.

Area Director of Hotel Sales Responsibilities and Benefits :

• Monthly performance compensation bonus of up to 20% of annual salary after year one
• Paid vacation, sick days, paid holidays

• Oversight responsibility for the sales efforts of 2 select service hotels
• Direct sales manager and sales coordinator
• Manage sales process, maintaining current clients and sourcing new business

Area Director of Hotel Sales Qualifications :

• Must have hotel sales experience. Hotel opening, a plus!
• Reliable transportation is needed for this position (travel expenses are reimbursed)
• Organized and able to multitask with proficiency in Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must have a positive attitude while possessing strong hospitality skills
• Experience with direct client calls, making client appointments, and utilizing and developing action plans
