Value Added Operator - 1st Shift - Arden
1st Shift - Mon - Fri 7 am - 3 : 30 pm(OT - 6 am - 3 : 30p)
Strong possibility for OT.
POSITION OVERVIEW :
The role of the Value Added Operator I is to perform a variety of receiving, inspection, rework, record keeping and picking / put away of reworks and holds
Observe good housekeeping practices and follow prescribed safety precautions
Maintain work area in neat and orderly condition
Comply with safety rules
This position is a key component in providing excellent service to our customers and in getting our variety of products in the hands of our consumers.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ability to drive and operate equipment as needed in the Warehouse setting
Compile and record data collected daily and report data to management
Report data collected from production, special projects, and Return Goods using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Prepare daily work assignments as directed by Group Lead
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
Must have knowledge of SAP / R3
Certified on order picker and reach truck
Computer literate
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
EDUCATION : High School Diploma or GED
