Registered Nurse Requirements At least one year of inpatient hospital RN experienceGraduate of an Accredited Nursing Program License / Certification o RN Registered Nurse o BLS Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)Description for Job and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.

Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications. Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
