POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the banking center. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed.
Oversees provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served.
Trains, directs, and supervises lobby and teller staff. Ensures banking center transactions, expenses, and profitability are in line with Bank standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Assumes responsibility for effective and timely performance of assigned functions for department.
- Duties relating to setup and support of customers using Treasury Management services.
- Preparation and coordination of various Treasury management duties and responsibilities.
- Requires attention to detail with accuracy and timeliness and ensures staff handles assigned responsibilities.
- Project focused for Treasury department and TM customer initiatives.
- Supervise staff relating to support of Treasury management products and services.
- Works closely with other Treasury Management staff as well as internal departments and banking centers.
- Daily interaction with customers, department team members and banking centers.
- Coordinates scheduling of support tasks and assignments of roles and responsibilities.
- Staff training as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with external customers and internal customers.
- Resolves questions and addresses requests promptly, accurately and courteously.
- Monitors service levels of department to ensure customer serivce and problem resolution is handled expediently and correctly.
- Acts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintains confidentialty of customer information.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relations with Bank Associates, Treasury Associates and Customers.
- Coordinates with related departments and managers as needed.
- Works closely with Quality Control to ensure accurary and compliance of customers documents.
- Product testing as needed.
- Supports and assists in planning and development of Treasury management customer efforts and department initiatives.
- Keeps management informed of area activities, risks, trends and of any significant problems.
- Attends and participates in meetings as required.
- Assists in development and recommendations of processes, procedures and reporting and related documents for the TM department and customer initiatives.
- Assists in development of workflow and policies and procedures.
- Assists in training and development of training for TM team.
- Assists with department product and services focus materials.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
- Stays informed of changes in area policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
- Completes special projects and tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Certification : College preferred.
Required Knowledge : General banking knowledge, Treasury Management knowledge desired.
Experience Required : 1-3 years banking or office experience or equivalent higher education experience
PC computer skills required, including use of Microsoft Office products
Skills / Abilities : Accurate and attentive to detail.
Supervision skills / experience
Well organized.
Ability to assist others.
Able to use PC, calculator, phone, and all related business equipment.
Strong communication skills.
Regular attendance required
Monday - Friday : 8 AM - 5 PM
