Oral Arts is a full-service family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Maintain customer help desk / document solutionsSetup, maintain, and troubleshoot all printers (including Zebra label printers)Setup and deploy workstationsCreate and manage user domain / email accounts.
Maintain company phone / communication systemEvaluate system potential by testing compatibility of new programs with existing programsEvaluate expansions or enhancements by studying workload and capacity of computer system.
Maximize use of hardware and software by training users, interpreting instructions, and asking / answering questionsAchieve computer system objectives and confirm program objectives and specificationsTroubleshoot computer hardware.
Maintain historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisionsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesClean server closet, workstations / systems, and network closetOther duties as assignedRequired experience : Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems or other related field (experience can be substituted for degree)1-2 years of experience in essential functions of information technologyExperience with process improvement, software troubleshooting, software testing, network troubleshooting, and scalabilityStrong understanding of software and network performancePay attention to detail and ask questions when necessaryFor information on Oral Arts, please visit our website at www.
