Job Responsibilities :
- Assess, diagnose, and treat various speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual student needs.
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to promote integrated support for students.
- Regularly monitor and report on student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as necessary.
- Provide guidance and training to school staff and families on how to support the students' speech and language development.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for educational success.
