Responsibilities for the Business Intelligence Analyst :
- Gather and input data from various sources into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Clean and validate data to ensure its integrity
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring they are functioning properly
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports using tools like Excel, SQL, or business intelligence software
- Provide data-related support to various teams or departments working on specific programs or projects.
- Collaborate with program managers, IT teams, and other departments to align data needs with program goals
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational data policies.
Qualifications for the Business Intelligence Analyst :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- P&C Insurance knowledge is a MUST
- Strong MS Excel skills. Comfortable working with large data sets
- Database Management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload in response to changing circumstances
